Manoj Agrawal is an experienced professional in IT infrastructure and digital transformation with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as AVP Delivery at Onward Technologies Limited since May 2022, Manoj focuses on business enhancement in the digital space, overseeing various aspects including cloud services, application development, and data analytics, while managing key accounts such as J&J and Sun Pharma. Prior to this role, Manoj was the National Manager for IT Services at PCS Technology Ltd. from October 2011 to April 2022, where responsibilities included corporate customer service delivery and business development. Manoj's extensive background also includes leadership positions at CMS Infosystems Pvt. Ltd. and CMS Computers Limited, both centered on IT infrastructure service delivery. Manoj holds a Diploma in Business Management from Indore University and a BE in Electrical Engineering from Government Engineering College, Jabalpur.
