Raj Varma

Raj Varma is an accomplished executive leader in Digital Engineering and R&D Services, with extensive experience in the healthcare, life sciences, and medical devices sectors. Currently serving as VP at Onward Technologies Limited since June 2024, Raj previously held key positions at tech firms, including Founder and CEO of multiple medical devices and biopharma startups since March 2023, and VP and Head of Digital Engineering and R&D Services for North America at Tech Mahindra from February 2021 to February 2023. Earlier roles include Sr. Director at HCL Technologies, where responsibility encompassed managing engineering services for medical devices, and various leadership positions at UST Global, overseeing retail pharmacy business and client relationships. Raj began career as a software engineer after earning a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Kerala and enhancing professional skills with an Advanced Executive Presentation course at Harvard University.
