Paul Khawaja

Paul Khawaja is the current President at OnX Canada. Prior to their current position, Paul was the President of xwave, a Bell Canada company, where they were responsible for overseeing 1,100 employees and more than $300 million in revenue. Paul has also served as the Vice President of the Advanced Technology Solutions Division and Managing Director of Infrastructure Technology at Bell Aliant. Under Paul's leadership, the Advanced Technology Solutions Division grew by 29%, increased revenue per employee by 35% and doubled EBITDA year-over-year. As Managing Director of Infrastructure Technology, Paul led the highest yielding Business Development team in the firm and was recognized as the fastest growing portfolio at Bell Aliant. In their role as General Manager of the Toronto Region, Paul was responsible for optimizing project delivery and increasing market share in the largest accounts while launching a market strategy focused on Health Care, Aerospace and Manufacturing vertical sectors.
