Shawn Craps

Shawn Craps is an experienced IT professional currently serving as the Director of End User Services and Modern Workplace Lead at OnX since October 2020. Prior to this role, Shawn held various positions including Infrastructure Consultant at Cygnuss Ltd, Infrastructure Architect at glh Hotels, and Infrastructure Engineer at Ingeus. Academic qualifications include a BSc (Honours) in Computing and IT from The Open University, as well as certifications as a Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer and a Computer Service Technician A+.
