Clayton Flom

Clayton Flom is an experienced engineering manager currently leading two engineering teams at onXmaps, Inc. since April 2022, specializing in searching/querying and content management within applications. Previously, Flom spent over thirteen years at NICE inContact, where roles included Manager of Engineering, overseeing multiple teams and initiating a Data Lake solution, as well as serving as a Subject Matter Expert for API integrations and leading technical account management for top customers. Additional experience includes software development positions at ClientTrack, Inc. and Knowligent, with a focus on data integration and reporting tools. Clayton Flom holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Neumont College of Computer Science.
