Kendall Clifton-Short

Kendall Clifton-Short currently serves as the Head of People and Culture and Senior Strategist for the Future of Work at onXmaps, Inc. since March 2024. Prior to this role, Kendall was a Partner and Culture Strategist at Within People from September 2019 to March 2024, and held the position of Economic Development Director at HRDC IX from May 2019 to December 2020. Kendall's extensive experience includes managing director responsibilities at The Purpose:Fully, focusing on team dynamics for impactful business outcomes, as well as special projects at Methodist Ladies’ College in Melbourne. Additionally, Kendall has experience in executive coaching, outdoor education leadership, and secondary science and mathematics teaching across various educational institutions in Australia and New Zealand. Kendall holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Human Movement from The University of Western Australia and a postgraduate diploma in Secondary Education from The University of Notre Dame Australia.
