Stuart Proctor

Stuart Proctor has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Stuart currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Semiserve LLC since 2022. Prior to this, Stuart worked as the Vice President Marketing & West Coast Operations at ONYX Clean Tech Solutions from 2019. During their tenure, they successfully restructured the company, divesting an underperforming division.

Stuart also gained valuable experience as the EESN Western Region Coordinator at USA Rugby starting from 2021. Before that, they were the President and CEO at Retronix Semiconductor, where they played a pivotal role in transforming the organization into the fastest-growing semiconductor engineering services provider.

Furthermore, Stuart worked as an Engineering Manager at Jazz Semiconductor from 1999 to 2005. Stuart was responsible for maintaining manufacturing equipment, implementing process improvements, and managing cost-cutting initiatives.

Stuart began their career as a Senior Process Engineer at NEC Semiconductors (UK) Ltd. and later served as a Professional Technology Officer at Faslane Nuclear Submarine Base - DGST(Navy). Stuart holds a strong background in engineering and has expertise in managing diverse projects and initiatives.

Stuart Proctor holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Technology Management from the University of Phoenix. Stuart also has a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) - Honors degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the University of the West of Scotland. Stuart further pursued their education in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, earning a Higher National Certificate (HNC) from Stow College, Glasgow, Scotland UK. Prior to this, Stuart attended Vale of Leven Academy from 1981 to 1986.
