Brenda’s foundational role as Executive Director at West Fire and Safety Inc. involved establishing corporate structures and fostering long-term client relationships to support growth. Brenda holds professional credentials including a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from McGill University and Facilitative Leadership training from the Schulich School of Business.
