Pamela Sutton-Hall

Pamela Sutton-Hall currently serves as Chief Legal & Administrative Officer and Chief Legal Officer at Onyx Renewable Partners L.P., since December 2023. Previously, Pamela held the position of Chief Financial Officer at HomeWorks Energy, Inc. from October 2020 to January 2024, and worked as a consultant at United Technologies from 2019 to October 2020. From 2012 to 2018, Pamela was Vice President of Finance and Treasury at Noble Environmental Power and also served as a consultant at Alstom Power in 2012. Earlier roles included Vice President of Corporate Finance/Risk at Noble Environmental Power from 2008 to 2010 and Managing Director of Corporate Finance/Treasury at American Electric Power from 2002 to 2007. Pamela's career began at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP, where responsibilities included serving as a Corporate Attorney from 1994 to 2002. Academic qualifications include a Juris Doctor degree from New York University School of Law and a Bachelor's degree from Amherst College.
