Nathan Lam

Nathan Lam is a Project Management Support Specialist at Onyx Strategic Solutions, contributing to project management initiatives since July 2024. Prior experience includes serving as a Graduate Research and Teaching Assistant at Old Dominion University, where Nathan assisted in grading and research focused on drone delivery systems. Nathan also worked as an Engineer Systems Test 1 at Newport News Shipbuilding, leading teams to ensure the functionality of critical systems on the USS John F. Nathan has a robust background in collegiate athletics, having played NCAA Division 1 men's soccer at both Virginia Military Institute and Old Dominion University, where Nathan held leadership roles and demonstrated strong mentorship abilities. Nathan holds a Master of Business Administration in Engineering Project Management from Old Dominion University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Virginia Military Institute.
