Jake Dietrich

Jake Dietrich has a strong background in real estate development and management. Jake currently serves as the Vice President of Acquisitions & Development at Onyx+East. Prior to this, they held various roles at Milhaus, including Vice President of Development, Director of Development, and Development Associate. In these roles, they led company activities in the Ohio and Pennsylvania region, specializing in Class A, urban, multifamily residential buildings. Jake also gained experience as a Development Intern at Milhaus in 2011 and as a Project Manager at Turnkey Home Solutions from 2009 to 2010.

Jake Dietrich received their Doctor of Jurisprudence (J.D.) degree in Law from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law, where they studied from 2014 to 2018. Prior to their legal studies, they completed their Bachelor of Urban Planning and Development degree at Ball State University from 2008 to 2012, with a minor in Real Estate Development. In addition, Jake obtained the LEED Green Associate certification from the USGBC in November 2013.
