Eric Shelmire

Eric Shelmire is currently serving as the Vice President of Capital Markets, Acquisitions, and Development at PMC Property Group, Inc. Prior to this role, Eric held positions at various companies such as Morrison Street Capital and Washington Square Realty Capital, gaining experience in real estate private equity fund management and commercial mortgage banking. Eric's diverse background also includes roles as an Acquisitions Intern and Manager at different organizations. Eric holds a BBA in Finance from the Fox School of Business at Temple University.
