Cleyton Zaize

Cleyton Zaize is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the financial and insurance sectors. Currently serving as the Commercial Director at Onze since June 2021, Cleyton previously held the position of Executive Manager at Zurich Insurance Company Ltd from December 2016 to June 2021, where responsibilities included managing the Commercial and Pension Relationship Areas for high-income clients. Prior to that, Cleyton worked as a Commercial Advisor for High Net Worth clients at Icatu Seguros from December 2011 to June 2016 and served in operational roles at Itaú Unibanco and Porto Seguro. Cleyton also has a strong foundation in corporate relationship management from tenure at Bradesco Seguros, focusing on continuous improvement strategies for corporate plans.
