Mariane Hotta

Mariane Hotta has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. In 2004, they started as a Senior Business Analyst at A.T. Kearney, where they worked until 2006. In 2009, they rejoined A.T. Kearney as a Sr. Associate and then became a Manager from 2010 to 2014. Mariane then moved on to Red Ventures Brasil in 2018, where they served as CFO at RVBR. In the same year, they also became CFO at Red Ventures. In 2020, they joined Onze as CFO. Additionally, in 2018, they took on the role of CFO at IQ until April 2023.

Mariane Hotta earned their MBA in Business from Harvard Business School, where they studied from 2007 to 2009.
