Sicolile Mncube

Sicolile Mncube has extensive experience in learning and development, currently serving as a Learning and Development Specialist at ooba since January 2016. Responsibilities include conducting annual learning needs analyses, managing data for the WSP/ATR report, and reporting on the e-learning platform. Sicolile produces monthly L&D reports, designs training material, and delivers face-to-face courses. Previous roles at ooba as Junior Learning Specialist and Learning and Development Assistant involved planning learning administration, tracking expenditures, and addressing team queries. Sicolile also gained experience as a Learning and Development Intern at Technichem. Educational qualifications include a National Diploma in Human Resources Management from Tshwane University of Technology.
