Kaitlin Steffen

Kaitlin Steffen is an accomplished fashion designer with extensive experience in the apparel industry. Currently serving as a Senior Designer at OOBE Apparel Design Group since January 2025, Kaitlin previously held the position of Design Manager at Southern Tide from June 2020 to January 2025, where leadership of a creative team and management of seasonal lines for multiple demographics were key responsibilities. Kaitlin's career includes notable roles such as Senior Technical Designer and Associate Technical Designer at OOBE Apparel, where comprehensive responsibilities ranged from design and sourcing to technical package development. Prior experience encompasses a progression through various design roles at Southern Tide and a foundational position as Technical Designer at Storm Creek Apparel. Kaitlin earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Textiles and Apparel from the University of Northern Iowa in 2012.
