Graham Pearson has over 25 years of work experience in the technology industry. Graham is currently the Head of Technology - Trading Systems at oOh!. Prior to this role, they served as the Technology Head of Strategy and Architecture at oOh! from 2020 to 2023. Before joining oOh!, Graham worked as the Lead Product Owner at oOh! from 2019 to 2020.

Prior to their time at oOh!, Graham worked at Adshel as the IT Head of Development and Innovation from 2018 to 2019. Graham was also employed at Lendlease as a Digital Program Manager from 2017 to 2018.

From 2012 to 2017, Graham served as the IT Business Systems Manager at Bauer Media. In this role, they led a team of 40 employees, overseeing the development, projects, and support for various business systems. Graham successfully reduced operating costs by 15% through team reorganization, systems improvements, and process improvements.

Before joining Bauer Media, Graham worked at Nine Entertainment Co. as the Application Development Manager from 2007 to 2012. During their time there, they built and managed a team of 30 employees, implementing agile development processes and delivering multi-million dollar solutions for magazine distribution, print production planning, TV scheduling, TV / Mag ad sales, and purchasing functions.

Graham began their career at ACP Magazines as an Application Development Manager from 2004 to 2007. Prior to that, they worked at Bullseye Internet Solutions as a Senior Business Analyst from 2000 to 2004 and at ZIVO as the Lead Developer / Development Manager from 1997 to 2000.

Graham's early career involved working for IBM UK as a Programmer from 1994 to 1997.

Graham Pearson earned a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) degree in Manufacturing Engineering from the University of Strathclyde, attending from 1989 to 1994. In addition to their formal education, they obtained the ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from PeopleCert in September 2015 and became a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) through the Scrum Alliance in June 2011.
