Matias Sebastiao

Matias Sebastiao is an experienced technology leader with a strong background in engineering and architecture. Currently serving as the Head of Engineering and Architecture at Max Capital since September 2021, Matias is responsible for developing the technology strategy and architecture to support digital business growth. Previously held positions include Head of Architecture at Reba, where Matias focused on IT architecture and technology strategy, and multiple roles at Banco Supervielle, including Head of Enterprise Architecture and Head of Microservices Engineering, overseeing alignment of technology investments with business strategy. Matias's career also includes significant experience at Capgemini as an Engagement Manager and team leader, along with technical roles at Logística DCN and Postal Plus SRL. Matias holds a degree in Computer Engineering from Universidad Nacional de La Matanza.
