With over 20 years’ entrepreneurial and executive experience encompassing publishing, online media, e-commerce and creative services, Neil oversees oOh!media’s Content, Marketing & Creative team. Neil became part of oOh!’s Executive Leadership Team in 2018 following oOh!’s acquisition of the digital publisher Junkee Media. Neil was responsible for merging Junkee Media and oOh!’s creative and marketing functions into one cohesive team.

Neil founded Junkee Media, Australia's leading Youth publisher, in 2013. The company was twice awarded Mumbrella’s Media Brand of the Year award and won Publisher of the Year at the 2018 Publish Awards, among others.

Neil is recognized for his strong vision, creative and strategic skills, which are complemented by a data-driven approach to decision making and planning and an inherent understanding of the future of media. He has earned the reputation as a content expert having developed award-winning content strategies for some of the most-recognized brands from Australia and around the world, including Qantas, Westpac, American Express, Facebook and Netflix.
