Raen initially started at Fairfax Media as a Campaign Manager from June 2010 to June 2011, where they worked on client campaigns and optimized results.

Raen also gained experience as a News Room Assistant at The Daily Telegraph from June 2007 to July 2010, and at Nation Wide News - The Australian Newspaper from June 2008 to April 2010.
