Ahmed Nabawy

Ahmed Nabawy has worked in various roles in the telecommunications industry, starting in 2008 as a Radio Network Engineer with Ericsson. Ahmed then worked with Huawei Technologies as a Sr. LTE Radio Optimization Engineer and project team lead from 2014 to 2017. Ahmed joined MTN Irancell in 2017 as a LTE/VOLTE Senior Optimization Specialist Consultant and later worked with Ericsson again from 2018 to 2022 as a 5G/Volte/LTE Radio Solution Architect Lead and LTE/VOLTE RAN Senior Optimization Specialist. Currently, they are a Technical Account Manager for MEA with Ookla since 2022. Ahmed'sresponsibilities included handling products and licenses pre-sales, customer meetings, design strategy, optimization, and daily troubleshooting of network features.

Ahmed Nabawy received a Bachelor's degree in Communications & Electronics Engineering from the Faculty of Engineering at Helwan University from 2003 to 2008. Ahmed also received another Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering from Helwan University during the same five-year period. Ahmed Nabawy has obtained various certifications, including Data-Driven Presentations with Excel and PowerPoint (365/2019), PowerPoint: Eight Easy Ways to Make Your Presentation Stand Out, Using Power BI with Excel, 5G RAN design and optimization, 5G RAN fundamentals, Volte E2E design and optimization, Volte optimization principals, and Project Management Professional (PMP).
