Alex Wassiliew

Alex Wassiliew has a strong background in business development, sales, and marketing. Their most recent role was as a Business Development - Govt & New Markets at Ookla. Prior to that, they worked as a Business Development Lead at RootMetrics and in sales at IHS Markit. They also held executive positions at The NPD Group, where they were responsible for brand linkage and entertainment. Earlier in their career, Alex held various leadership roles at Current Analysis, including Vice President of Business Development - Americas, Vice President of Marketing & Channel Development, and Vice President of Sales. They also served as the Director of Sales & Business Development at Art Technology Group and worked as a Marketing Manager at Verizon.

Alex Wassiliew has a BA degree with a double major in Economics and Journalism from the University of Richmond, which was earned from 1987 to 1991. Following this, they pursued an MBA degree with a specialization in Marketing from the William & Mary – Raymond A. Mason School of Business, which they completed from 1996 to 1998.
