Rogelio Reyes Bautista

Rogelio Reyes Bautista has a diverse work experience, primarily focusing on project management and analysis. Rogelio began their career in 2010 as an RF Engineer at Sertecna, S.R.L., where they maintained UMTS sites and coordinated subcontractor teams. In 2012, they joined Huawei Technologies as a Wireless Network Engineer, overseeing the implementation of 300 UMTS/LTE sites and managing subcontractor teams. Rogelio then transitioned to the role of Project Control Manager, leading a team of 15 engineers and managing the implementation process for Orange Dominicana projects. In 2014, they became an Implementation Project Manager, responsible for managing all Altice Dominicana projects and leading a team of 20 engineers. Rogelio joined IQtek Solutions in 2016 as a Project Manager, focusing on IT projects and achieving customer satisfaction. Later, in 2019, Rogelio joined Phoenix Tower International, first as a BTS Project Manager and then as a Reporting Analyst, where they developed data collection methods, analyzed key metrics, and prepared reports and dashboards. Rogelio is currently working at Ookla as a Program Manager, overseeing brand licensing in the LATAM and Caribbean region.

Rogelio Reyes Bautista completed their Bachelor's Degree in Electronic and Communications Engineering with a specialization in Telecommunications at the Instituto Tecnológico de Santo Domingo. This education took place from 2005 to 2011. In addition, they also pursued studies in Basic and Industrial Electronics at the Instituto Tecnológico de las Américas from 2007 to 2008.
