Charlotte McDonnell

Charlotte McDonnell is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in network operations and software engineering. Currently serving as the Director of UCaaS Network Operations at Ooma, Inc. since July 2022, Charlotte previously held various leadership roles at OnSIP from January 2008 to July 2022, including Vice President of Network Operations & Software Engineering and Director of Systems Engineering. Charlotte's career began at RCN Corporation as a Network Operator, followed by positions at Case Design, TPG Architecture, and additional roles that demonstrate a strong foundation in systems engineering. Charlotte holds a Master of Arts in English from Southern New Hampshire University, a BA in English and Art History from Queens College, and a Certificate in Computer Engineering from Colorado State University Global.
