Clinton Fitch has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Clinton started their career at Accenture as a G-NOC Infrastructure Lead. Clinton then worked at Avanade as a Consultant, leading various IT projects. Following that, Clinton joined AT&T as a System Engineer, where they provided telephone and wireless services.
After their time at AT&T, Clinton worked at Spanlink Communications, where they held multiple roles including Business Development Director & Product Manager and Unified Communications Product Manager. Clinton played a key role in developing vendor relationships, creating partner acceptance processes, and leading the development of a new business practice in Unified Communications.
Clinton then joined ShoreTel, where they served as a Senior Manager, Alliances & Partnerships. In this role, they analyzed partnership opportunities and recommended strategies based on product roadmap and market conditions. Clinton also worked as a Manager of Advanced Applications & Solution Architects in the EMEA region, focusing on developing sales methodologies and go-to-market strategies for the Contact Center and Mobility solutions. Additionally, they established the first Contact Center Practice and implemented a solution-based sales process.
After ShoreTel, Clinton worked at LogMeIn as a Director of Strategic Business Development. Clinton was responsible for analyzing alliance and partnership opportunities, including financial analysis for SaaS solutions and sales enablement for the Communications & Collaboration business unit.
Most recently, Clinton worked at Ooma, Inc. as the Director of Business Development (Strategic Partnerships). Clinton played a key role in identifying potential partners, convincing them to collaborate with Ooma, and managing the relationships to drive revenue and strategic value.
Clinton's current work experience includes their role as the Editor In Chief of USCoinNews.com, a platform focused on providing news, tips, and information to United States Coin Collectors.
Clinton Fitch's education history begins in 1993 when they attended Dallas Baptist University and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theology and Philosophy. Clinton continued their education at the same institution and earned a Master of Arts in Education in 1999.
In 1996, Fitch briefly studied at the University of Oxford, focusing on Medieval Philosophy.
Years later, in 2007, they enrolled in the Naveen Jindal School of Management at UT Dallas for an MBA, specializing in Global Leadership and Executive Management, which they completed in 2009.
In addition to their formal education, Fitch has obtained several certifications. In June 2010, they received the ShoreTel Contact Center Technical certification and the ShoreTel Contact Center Sales certification. Later, in May 2013, they acquired the ShoreTel Mobility Sales certification.
