Marianne Shine

Marianne Shine's work experience includes various roles in human resources and people management. Marianne currently serves as the Head of People & Operations, EMEA at Oomnitza since January 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Head of People at CitySwift from March 2020 to October 2020. Marianne also held the position of People & Culture Manager, EMEA at SiteMinder from May 2016 to August 2019. Marianne gained experience in the field of human resources while working at Medtronic as well, where they served in HR roles from July 2007 to January 2015. Previously, Marianne also worked as an HR Business Partner at Shell, an HR Generalist at Mars, and a Recruiter/HR Generalist at Vodafone Ireland. Prior to that, they earned a BA (Hons) in Human Resource Management from the National College of Ireland and a BA (Hons) in English and Sociology from the University College Dublin.
