Paula Prawira

Paula Prawira is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Advisor and Chief People Officer at Oona Insurance Indonesia since April 2023. Paula has been with Arya Consult as a Human Resources Counselor since September 2018, focusing on providing innovative HR solutions for complex business initiatives. Previously, Paula held positions including Director of General Management at JD.ID, Chief Human Resources Officer at Zenius, VP of Human Resources at Alodokter, and Senior Director/Associate Director of Human Resources at JLL. Paula's early career includes roles at PT. OSK Nusadana Securities Indonesia, PT. Premier Qual, and Keppel Land, along with a law internship at Simon Parsons. Paula holds a Graduate Diploma of Human Resources and a Bachelor of Laws from Monash University.
