Sergey Plykin is the Chief Strategy Officer at Ooredoo Algerie since June 2021, overseeing Strategy, Wholesale, Partnerships, PMO, and Operational Performance for the mobile subsidiary of Ooredoo Group, which generates over $850 million in annual revenue and serves more than 14.5 million customers.
