Qaiser Shaukat

Qaiser Shaukat is a seasoned professional in IT and cybersecurity sourcing, currently serving as Group Associate Director at Ooredoo Group since November 2024. Prior to this role, Qaiser worked as Head of Contract Management & Special Projects at PT Smartfren Telecom Tbk from February 2023 to April 2024. Qaiser's extensive experience also includes significant positions at Ooredoo Myanmar from January 2014 to October 2022, including Acting Head of Sourcing and Senior Procurement Manager. Earlier in his career, Qaiser held various roles at Jazz from October 2006 to January 2014, spanning IT procurement and marketing finance, as well as an internship at Bank Alfalah Limited in mid-2006. Qaiser holds a Bachelor of Computer Engineering from Bahria University and an Executive MBA in Business Management from the Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto Institute of Science and Technology.
