Qaiser Shaukat

Qaiser Shaukat currently serves as Group Associate Director of IT/Cybersecurity Sourcing at Ooredoo Group since November 2024. Previously, Qaiser held the position of Head of Contract Management & Special Projects at PT Smartfren Telecom Tbk from February 2023 to April 2024, focusing on claims and contract negotiations. Qaiser's extensive experience at Ooredoo Myanmar spanned from January 2014 to October 2022, where roles included Acting Head of Sourcing, Senior Procurement Manager, and IT Procurement Manager, emphasizing business transformation and vendor management. Earlier in Qaiser's career, positions included Assistant Manager Marketing-Finance and Team Lead-IT Sourcing at Jazz, as well as an internship in IT procurement at Bank Alfalah Limited. Qaiser completed a Bachelor of Computer Engineering from Bahria University and holds an Executive-MBA in Business Management from Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto Institute of Science and Technology.
