Tareq Tamimi

Tareq Tamimi has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Tareq started their career at Trusted Systems for Computer & IT, where they excelled in the role of Sales and Marketing Manager, successfully increasing the company's sales and expanding into new markets. Tareq then joined Newport Diagnostic Ctr as a Senior IT Specialist, leading a company-wide information systems and network overhaul project and aligning the department's strategy with the company's goals. Tareq later worked at Hebron Nursing College as Project Manager, overseeing the implementation of a World Bank-funded project aimed at improving self-assessment and strategic planning. Following this, they joined the IT Center of Excellence at Palestine Polytechnic University as a Lecturer and later as the Director, contributing to the growth and development of the institution. Currently, Tareq is employed at Ooredoo Palestine, where they have held various roles including Talent Development Manager and most recently, Head of Human Resources & Administration. In their HR positions, they have been instrumental in implementing HR strategies, performance management systems, and talent development programs. Tareq's strong leadership and expertise in human resources make him a valuable asset to any organization.

Tareq Tamimi earned a Master's degree in Information System and Technology from Claremont Graduate University from 2004 to 2006. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from Palestine Polytechnic University from 1999 to 2003. Additionally, Tareq has obtained several certifications including "Top 10 Rules for Highly Effective Leadership" and "Strategic Human Resources" from LinkedIn, "15 Secrets Successful People Know About Time Management" and "Leadership Foundations" also from LinkedIn, "Mini-Telecom MBA" from Informa Middle East, and "Insight Discovery Accreditation" from Insights.
