Caroline van der Lande

Caroline van der Lande is an experienced professional currently serving as an Accelerators Coach at EO Accelerator since September 2021, where the focus is on coaching leadership teams to achieve significant growth through established programs such as Scaling Up and Rockefeller Habits. Since May 2019, Caroline has been a member of the Investment Committee for Direct Investments at Oost NL and has participated as an investor in the Next Women Crowd Fund since August 2014. A long-standing member of the Entrepreneurs' Organization since 2016, Caroline is also the founder of de Buurtboer, a lunch service for businesses that offers fresh and locally sourced products. Earlier career highlights include a role as a Startup Mentor in the Scaling Program at Impact Hub Network and co-founding John Altman. Caroline's extensive marketing experience includes a position as Senior Brand Manager at The Kraft Heinz Company, managing the Honig, soups, and bakery products brands, following a corporate management trainee program with KLM. Caroline holds a Master of Science in Psychology from the University of Groningen.
