Tom Overboom is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel at Oost NL since July 2021 and as Chairperson of the Board for Stichting LISI: Legal Innovation for Sustainable Investments since April 2022. With a career spanning several decades, Tom has held significant roles such as Consultant - Partner voor de ondernemer at Yur Advocaten & Consultants from April 2017 to June 2021, General Counsel and Company Secretary at Fokker Technologies Holding from December 2011 to January 2017, and Senior Legal Counsel at ASML and Royal Cosun. Tom's foundational legal expertise was developed at Vekoma Rides as General Counsel - Company Secretary and began at AKD as an Attorney. Tom obtained a Master's Degree in Civil Law from the University of Tilburg between 1981 and 1986.
