Kipp Johnson

Kipp Johnson, MD PhD, currently serves as a Medical Doctor in a physician scientist training program focused on cardiology and cardiovascular disease at Northwestern Medicine since June 2022. Additionally, Kipp holds the position of Scientific Advisor at OOVA, Inc. and previously led translational cardiology efforts as Head of Translational Cardiology at Tempus Labs, Inc. from July 2019 to June 2022. Kipp's academic background includes an MD/PhD from the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, where studies were completed from July 2014 to May 2022, alongside involvement as a student member on the Board of Directors for the National Resident Matching Program® from September 2014 to June 2018. Earlier education includes a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences (Honors) and Statistics from the University of Chicago.
