Hicham Abdelkaoui

Hicham Abdelkaoui has a diverse range of work experience in product management, growth marketing, and software development.

Hicham started their career as a Full Stack Developer and UI/UX Designer at Guru.com in 2011.

In 2012, they co-founded Lalad and served as the Co-founder and CEO until 2016. During this time, they conducted market research, designed the minimum valuable product, and acquired new customers through cold contacting.

Hicham also worked as a Growth Marketing Consultant at GROWTH LOOPS from 2019 to 2020, where they developed content marketing and SEO strategies that resulted in significant organic search traffic growth and conversion rate increase.

Currently, Hicham is working at OOZOU as the Head of Products, where they gather customer feedback, defines product requirements, and leads the product development cycle for portfolio products. Hicham also served as the Product Owner and Growth Engineer from 2019 to 2021, collaborating with cross-functional teams, setting up product analytics, and prioritizing and delivering features.
