Heli Jeskanen

Heli Jeskanen is an experienced professional specializing in digital accessibility and design leadership. Currently serving as the Digital Accessibility Lead at OP Financial Group since April 2024, Heli is responsible for driving compliance and awareness in digital accessibility. Previously, Heli held the position of Design Director and Head of Oulu Studio at DK&A/NoA, overseeing the development of the office and work community from August 2021 to March 2024. With extensive experience at OP Financial Group from 2011 to 2021 in various roles, including UX Chapter Lead and UX Manager, Heli focused on developing designers' professional skills and advancing accessibility initiatives.
