J-P Vapaavuori

J-P Vapaavuori has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. From 2020 onwards, they have been part of the OP Financial Group, where they have held positions such as Lead Developer, Chapter Lead, Product Owner, and Data Engineer in teams related to Data Platforms, AI DevOps, and Cloud Analytics. Prior to that, they worked as a Consultant at Digital Illustrated in 2019. From 2017 to 2018, they served as a Senior Development Specialist at CGI. J-P gained experience as a Software Designer at Software Point from 2014 to 2017. J-P Vapaavuori began their career as a Laboratory Technician at Orion Pharma where they were involved in various master data projects and document management from 2009 to 2013. Lastly, in 2008, they worked as a Sales Assistant at Aktia, where they focused on customer engagement, sales, and mentoring.

J-P Vapaavuori obtained a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Chemical Engineering and Bioprocess Engineering from Aalto University, where they studied from 2006 to 2015. J-P also holds additional certifications, including Advanced Certified ScrumMaster (A-CSM) obtained in September 2023 and Scrum Master Certified (SMC) obtained in November 2021, both from Scrum Alliance.
