Janne Puura

Janne Puura has over eight years of experience in customer relations and financial advisory roles at OP Financial Group, starting as a trainee and advancing to a customer relations advisor and induction trainer. Key responsibilities include providing financial solutions, focusing on investment planning, and maintaining customer relations. Janne also has extensive experience in teaching new employees about banking services, customer relations management, and banking regulations. Prior to OP Financial Group, experience includes retail sales at S-ryhmä/S Group and an assistant instructor role in the Finnish Defence Forces. Janne holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, with additional studies in International Business and professional development through Aalto University.
