Jarkko Hakala

Jarkko Hakala has a diverse work experience, starting from 2011. Jarkko began their career at HansaWorld, where they worked as a Consultant and Product Manager until 2013. After that, they joined Kuulotekniikka Oy as a Marketing Manager for a brief period. Then, they returned to HansaWorld as a Key Account Manager until 2016. In 2016, they became a Sales Manager at Tikon Oy for a year. From 2017 to 2018, they worked at Accountor Finago Oy as the Head of Administration and later as a PMO Project Manager. Jarkko then joined HSL Helsingin seudun liikenne as a CRM Specialist for a few months. Following that, they worked at Digia Plc as a Solutions Consultant for D365 from 2019 to 2020. Next, they served as the Digital Development Manager, D365 at Realia Group Oy from 2020 to 2021. Presently, they are employed at Fellowmind as an Advisor, starting in September and lasting until November 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Lead Developer at OP Financial Group, starting in December 2021.

Jarkko Hakala obtained a Further Qualification for Computer Mechanics from Amiedu in the years 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they earned a Master's degree in Music Performance, General from Rytmisk Musikkonservatorium from 1998 to 2004. In addition to their formal education, Jarkko Hakala has also obtained several certifications from Microsoft, including Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (CRM), Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals, Microsoft Certified: Power Platform App Maker Associate, Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Customer Service Functional Consultant Associate, Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate, Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Customer Insights (Journeys) Functional Consultant Associate, Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert, Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 for Sales Functional Consultant Associate, and Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate.
