Karl-Johan Kronberg

Karl-Johan Kronberg is an accomplished executive with extensive experience at Mercuri Urval since January 1996, currently serving as Executive Vice President and Partner, overseeing global operations and leadership initiatives in Executive Search and Leadership Advisory services. In previous roles within Mercuri Urval, Kronberg has held positions such as Managing Director for Finland, Chief Operating Officer, Senior Vice President for Global Client Services, Senior Consultant, and Consultant. Additionally, Kronberg is a member of the Supervisory Council and the Board at OP Financial Group and was previously a System Manager in IT for the Provincial Government of Uusimaa.
