Kati Biström has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Kati started their career at Nokia Siemens Networks in 1999, where they held various roles such as Deployment Support Manager, Service Product Manager, Senior Quality Manager, Senior Expert, and Process Development Manager. In 2013, they joined 3gamma as a Senior Consultant in IT Service Management before moving on to OP Financial Group in 2015. At OP Financial Group, Kati has taken on roles such as Process Manager, Team Lead in IT Service Management and Support, and Product Owner in Service Integration and Management. Currently, they are serving as a Competence Lead in Corporate Banking at OP Financial Group. Kati's expertise lies in IT service management, product ownership, process development, and leadership.
