Mikko Paananen

Mikko Paananen is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Chairman of the Board at Kuopion alueen kauppakamari Ylä-Savon osasto and a member of the Board at Kuopion alueen kauppakamari, Mikko has also held significant positions at OP Financial Group, including Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer at OP Ylä-Savo since July 2015. Additionally, Mikko is involved with several boards, such as those of Kaisanet Oy, Puhelinosuuskunta IPY, and Keskisuomalainen Oyj, while contributing to the Finnet Association and Biosafe Oy. Mikko's educational background includes a Master of Science in International Business Management from Oulu Business School and a Master of Laws with court training focused on Labour Law from the University of Lapland.
