Mila Komppa

Mila Komppa currently serves as the Riskienhallintajohtaja at OP Financial Group since May 2024. Previously, Mila held the position of Asiakkuuspäällikkö at OP Kymenlaakso from February 2019 to May 2024. Additionally, Mila has extensive experience in branch management, having worked as a Branch Manager at Oma Säästöpankki Oyj from March 2017 to May 2024, Handelsbanken from July 2016 to February 2017, and Danske Bank from February 1999 to June 2016. Early career experience includes roles as myymälävastaava and tuoteryhmävästaava at Suni Oy from 1994 to 1999. Mila holds a degree in Economics (KTM) from LUT University.
