Paivi Ijas has extensive experience in technology leadership within the financial services sector, currently serving as the Head of Technology at OP Life Assurance Ltd since June 2007. Ijas has held various roles that encompass responsibility for ICT, IT development for SMEs and corporate customers, and corporate channel development. Notable positions include IT Area Lead for OP Life Assurance and Pohjola Insurance Customer Relationship Services, as well as Development Manager for Corporate Web Services, where Ijas utilized scaled Agile frameworks. Prior experience includes consultancy at Accenture and a Master's thesis at the University of Genova.
