Pyry Sikström

Pyry Sikström currently serves as the IT Area Lead at OP Financial Group since April 2020, overseeing IT operations within the Credit Risk department of the Retail bank and ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic objectives. Prior to this, Pyry held various leadership roles, including Head of Credit Risk Management Development, where responsibility included managing a 50-member team focused on credit risk systems, and Technical Product Owner for credit risk modeling and payment behavior databases subject to regulation by the European Central Bank and Finnish Finance Authority. Previous experience includes serving as a Credit Analyst at AkzoNobel, where oversight of credit and collection management was essential, and roles at Infosys BPM, which involved leadership in accounts receivable processes across multiple business units. Pyry began a career in banking as a Bank Clerk at Nordea and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Mikkeli University of Applied Sciences.
