Riikka Alajoki

Riikka Alajoki is a seasoned Quality Assurance professional currently serving as a Senior QA Lead at OP Financial Group since August 2023. Prior experience includes a long tenure at HiQ from September 2010 to August 2023 as a Quality Assurance Specialist, focusing on the banking and insurance sectors. Riikka also worked as a Test Engineer at Profium from December 2008 to August 2009, concentrating on test planning and manual testing for digital content management solutions. Earlier roles include Project Engineer for the City of Helsinki, where Riikka was responsible for the technical documentation of IT systems, and a Summer employee at Elisa Oyj, engaged in designing a web portal. Riikka began a career in IT as an IT trainee at Finavia, providing support and installing IT equipment.
