Risto Koistinen

Risto Koistinen has a strong background in the IT and banking sectors. Risto began their career at OP Financial Group in 2005 as an ICT Key Account Manager. Over the years, they took on various leadership roles within the organization, including Head of requirements management, Head of End User Services, Tribe Lead, and Head of IT Common Services. In 2023, they became the SVP, Director, Corporate Banking Technology and competencies. In 2011, they also served as the CEO of OP IT Procurement Ltd, which later merged with OP-Services Ltd. Overall, Risto has extensive experience in IT and banking, with a focus on technology and leadership.

Risto Koistinen completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) at Savonia University of Applied Sciences in 2000. In 2011, they furthered their education by obtaining an Executive Master of Business Administration (eMBA) from Aalto University Executive Education and Professional Development.
