Saija Antikainen

Saija Antikainen has a strong background in the banking and financial industry, with a focus on development, technologies, and digital channels. They have held various leadership positions at OP Financial Group, including Senior VP Development & Technologies, Director of Common Capabilities and People Operations. Prior to that, they served as a Vice President in different roles related to development and digital channels. They have also worked as a UI expert at OP-Services Ltd and as a Software Developer at OP Pohjola Group. Additionally, they have gained experience as a System Specialist at Pohjola. In 2019, they became a Board Member at Finanssi-Kontio Oy.

Saija Antikainen completed a Polytechnic degree in Business Information Technology from Helsinki Business Polytechnic from 1994 to 1998. In 2018 and 2019, they pursued a specialized professional qualification in Management and Business Administration from Markkinointi-instituutti. Additionally, Saija holds certifications in Positive Psychology Practitioner, SAFe Agilist (SA), and ITIL v3 Foundation, obtained in 2019, 2014, and 2013 respectively.
