Susanna Mäkinen

Susanna Mäkinen is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in strategic communications and online marketing. Currently serving as the Senior Communications Lead in Retail Banking at OP Financial Group since February 2015, Susanna is responsible for strategic communications planning and advising top management on communications and branding initiatives. Prior to this role, Susanna held positions at Fazer as a Senior Specialist in Online Marketing, at Suomen IR-yhdistys as a Planner in Marketing Communications, and worked as a self-employed Senior Communications and Marketing Consultant. Early career at Copterline Oy involved marketing and communications planning. Susanna holds a Master’s degree in Food Economics from the University of Helsinki.
