Teemu Lyly

Teemu Lyly is an experienced professional in regulatory affairs and banking supervision, currently serving as the Head of Regulatory Affairs at OP Financial Group since February 2023, overseeing ECB coordination and prudential regulation management. Previously, Teemu held several roles at the European Central Bank, including Supervisor with a focus on various banking risks and regulatory compliance, and at Finanssivalvonta, emphasizing off-site supervision of banks. Earlier experience includes risk management and analysis positions at OP Financial Group, where responsibilities encompassed validating risk models and ensuring compliance with Basel III regulations. Teemu holds a Master of Science degree in Mathematics from the University of Helsinki.
