Teemu Sihvola

Teemu Sihvola has a diverse work experience history. Teemu started their career in 2004 as an Associate Director at Alexander Corporate Finance Oy before becoming a Partner at the same company in 2009. In 2014, Sihvola joined OP Financial Group as the Director of Compensation and Benefits, a position they held until May 2021. Teemu then transitioned to become the Lead Compensation & Benefits Specialist at the same company in June 2021. In addition to their roles at OP Financial Group, Sihvola has held various positions in other organizations. Teemu served as the Chairman of the Board at OP Bank Group Pension Fund and Pension Foundation from October 2018 to September 2020. Sihvola also took on leadership roles at OP Bank Group Pension Foundation as the Acting Chief Executive Officer from September 2020 and at Oy Porasto Ab as a Board Member from September 2020.

Teemu Sihvola completed a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, and Statistics from the University of Tampere between 1996 and 2003. In 2007 to 2008, they pursued further education at the Swedish School of Economics and Business Administration, earning a CEFA (Certified EFFAS Financial Analyst) degree in Finance, General.
